whether the same has been already announced?

cii has been changed as per inflation changes.when ever the inflation wiil high the rate of cii is also high

I do not think it has been announced it so far. Last year it was announced during the first week of August.

The Cost Inflation Index has been announced for the FY 2008-09 and it is 582.
