incorpate private limited company with paid capital of RS. 500000.
How much cost shall be incurred in process of Incorporation of private company and what fees should be paid to ROC for formation of private company.

Dear sir... There was no filing fee for incorporation of company... Only we need to make payment for Stamp duty... Now, to calculate Stamp duty pls let us know on which state the company is incorporating.... If u want to give the assignment of incorporation pls give cal to 7204908392
