How much it cost MINIMUM to make a Private Limited firm ?
Can anyone give me the break up of the cost involved ?

The minimum would be in the range of 20-35K. Again depending on your paid up capital and the professional services you utilise.
1) Registration and stamp duty: 11-15K
2) Roc Filings and Professional fees to CS/CA: 10-15K
3) Printing of MOA, Preparation of common seal: 2K
4) Other Misc Exp: 5 K
