look as far as importance is concerned every chapter has equal importance in the CA sylabus.you cannot just ignore some chapter for another. If you do this you will end up with a sad face at the end of the exam. Don't take me wrong, but I don't know how our institute manages to do this, but it will ask those questions in the exam which are highly likely to be skipped by the students...
but yes chapters specified by RATAN bhai are also important......
But DO NOT attempt to skip any topics..... :)
