cost controll means bring about a temprorary change in cost by scraificing the quality of the end product

Cost can be control at follwing zone
1. Procurement of raw material at competative rate without quality compomise
2.Control on Wastage/process loss
3.Check the labour output at production level
4.M/c should not run idle
5.check on frequent brake down
6.control on logictic cost
