Correction of assessment year in tds challan

one of my client has made double payment of TDS in assessment year 2015-16, vide e payment. Now to take credit of the extra payment the department is of the view to change the assessment year to 2016-17. However the y have asked for an indemnity bond to change the assessment year. Can anybody provide a format of the indemnity bond for change in assessment year
