We have formed a private ltd company and in the subscribers page instead of the holding company the name of its branch office was written and even in form 1 the branch name is written. Other documents such as resolution are from the holding company i.e actual subscriber.
please suggest how this can be corrected.
You have to file revised memorandum and article along with corrected subscribers page
