Correct way to file QRMP for export

Hello,

Freelancer exports service, no domestic liability. ITC on some input services.

As it's export, no IFF, and nothing to file. No payment required, as LUT is signed.

ITC cannot be filed.

So do nothing for entire quarter and then file in April?
