Correct depreciation rate ??

Dear all, My client has charged depreciation @ 60% on plant automation machine engaged in milk processing industry. The automation machine which includes Plant Engineering Materials (pipes, valves, fittings ) and Computer & software, control panel. Advise me whether the machinet should be charged at 15% or 60%
