Corporate Tax Planning on Preference Share

Dear All,
 
I an query about double tax of corporates on their declared dividents in respect of preference shares. Either corporate companies has to pay corporate tax & corporate divident tax both on declared devidents even the company pays divident from fresh issue, not from profits?
