A Ltd having networth is 750 cr on reason of section 135 CSR applicable on such company and A LTD is also a holding of B pvt limited having net worth only 150 cr whether provision of CSR applicable on such subsidiary company on not?

Being a holding or subsidiary company of a company which fulfils the criteria under section 135(1) doesn’t make the company liable to comply with section 135, unless the company itself fulfills the criteria.
