Corporate office Books of Accounts

If company registered office is in Mumbai and company wants books of accounts to be maintained at New Delhi which is also corporate office of the company.

Is any e-form is required to be filed with Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana...?

As per section 128, intimation is required to be filed with ROC
