Please suggest me which is best book for corporate law and secreterial practice for CA final....................someone suggest me Munish Bhandari................is it better and sufficient than Study Material given by ICAI.

m.p vijay kumar is also gud for refrence . it has the easiest of language

I suggest Mr. S. Srikanth's CLSP Book (Snow White publication). It is specially meant for examination purpose and contains solved past examination questions at end of respective topics. Draw that book from ur institute's library and go through the book for 2 or 3 days and come to final conclusion. Best wishes.

Just Follow one book my dear friend, Munish Bhandari. In case of doubt u can ask Bhandari sir.

I think that Munish Bhandri is the Best. But i also suggest u that u should always read taht book which suits u the best.as diff people will suggest u diff things. Do take a look before Purchasing it..

Yeah Ruchika, Munish Bhandari is bestest Book but you have to purchase Notes and Book both to make it so.

S.Srikant's (Snow White Publications) book contains mistakes in the penalty amount for various non compliance of provisions of companies act. Refer 3rd edition Jan 1 issue chapter 1 "Accounts,Audit & Dividends". For Example, in case of default in proper maintenance & preservation of books of accounts of a company, the penalty is Rs.10,000 but, in his book it is stated to be 1,000
