In corporate law, all details regarding Companies are covered. The laws covers right from its incorporation till its winding up. All provisions related to companies are covered therein.

I dont know in what context you are asking this. In general, i mean a difference between company law and corporate law. The later includes all laws applicable to a company including factory law (if a factory), environment law, labor law etc.
