What is the exact difference between mortgage,pledge,hypothecation.Explian with example.

Mortgage means charge created on immovable property against the loan taken. In Pledge and Hypothecation charge is created on immovable property. In pledge possession of the property is given to the lender and in hypothecation possession of the property is with the borrower.
