As per the Companies Act, 2013 can one company give corporate gurantee to another company.? Is it require to file eform CHG-1 and MGT-14..?? What is the procedure to follow...

Please refer Section 179 sub section 3 wherein list of items for which MGT 14 to be filed.
To grant loans or give guarantee or provide security in respect of loans; -
You are also to file CHG 1
