I have heard a lot about Corporate Finance. Although I do not have much of an idea about the term. May I know what Corporate Finance is all about?

In a layman's perspective, corporate finance is a term used to describe various activities, decisions and techniques associated with a company's finance and capital. Also where capital is used to create, acquire, grow, amalgamate and develop a business.
