Is it necessary allotment of equity shares to subscriber of MOA & AOA, in case of new pvt, company ? Also can we received the cash against the share which writiteen in MOA and AOA ?

once the company is incorpoarted subscribers to MOA are shareholders of the company and there is no need to allott the shares or file form 2. you need to issue the share certificate after duely stamped
