What do we mean by part time cop?
can a CA having part time cop register an article under her and can sign audit report or not?

CA doing job in industry in full time can get part time COP but hez not allowed to attest/certify any documents like ny report, tax audit, stautory audits or certify anything as a practicing CA.
So CA having partime COP cannot register article under him/her.
