I need to apply for COP i already have member number. the problem is i have shifted to pune , Maharashtra earlier i used to reside at Raipur Chhatisgarh. due to change of state i am confused were to apply new delhi or kanpur or mumbai ? further i need to change my address of communication as well. kindly tell me the detailed n exact procedure.... waiting for response...
First Change the address by sending the letter to CIRC as well as WIRC. After successful change of address, apply for CoP.
