cooperative society
cooperative society sold its building for 5 crore in 2014 and purchased new with in 3 months of 4.5 crore but not filed the income tax return for 2014-15 and 2015-16 but has shown in income tax return. so how it can claim exemption now??

What exemption... May be in your opinion 54....it is applicable only to individuals and HUF, if I am not wrong... Please verify.....
