It is possible to convert preference shares into equity at the ratio of 1:2 (i.e. two equity shares for one preference shares held) and guide me the procedure

alteration of capital clause is required. form 23 is required. if authorised capital within the limit then there is no need to file form 5. preference shares should be with conversion option
