Convert old course to new course

I was registered in Old course. Actually i registered in 2010. My final attempt was in 2013. but in 2012 i got brain fever.  So i am perfectly fine now. 

Should i re-register in new course? only fill the exam form? 

My IIT and Orientation program was done earlier.

What is SSP Portal? No idea about it.
