I have download  35_vinayak.xla. but i am unable to open this file because macro is protected these file. Please tell me procedure.

You could also find Excel Addin 'SureshAddins' with additional functions for Indian Rs at https://www.dq.winsila.com/tips-tricks/an-excel-addin-to-show-currency-in-indian-format-and-words.html

Nice one for Excel 2003.

hi freinds,

i m attaching herewith a small software for convert numbers in to word. pls install it in ur computers and then u can use this formula =NTWORD(SELECT CELL WHICH AMT. U WANT CONVERT IN WORDS) EXAMPLE   =NTWORD(X72,1)
