i  have already completed 33 months training .now i want to convert from pcc to ipcc. i have already lost my two attempt. now i want to ask some problem-

1.is it possible to convert from pcc to ipcc?

2. what i pay for conversion?

3. is relaxation from ot if i convert from pcc to ipcc?
