M completing my Articleship with PCC Attempt on January 2011. From the date M not giving ny attempt of PCC. Please guide me for Conversion procedure for PCC to IPCC and question abt I am eligible for conversion and attempt or not??

Yes, you can convert or rather have to convert to IPCC/ Intermediate (IPC) to pursue your studies further. After conversion you can give your exams in the upcoming attempt.
