conversion procedure from cafinal old tonew

hey dont worry ... no one knows at present.. everyone is waiting for Institute's announcement

my friends have taken conversion form from icai and sent dd of 1100.so i am in dilema to sent or conversion will be automatic

1100 is for new study material .i am in dilema whether after converting they will continue old course .cafinal group 2 remaining

hi frnds, can any one tell  what is the procedure for conversion from  final old course to new.

i registering to final old course  i got new course module.....perhaps it is due to shortage of old course module.  Still i require to pay ` 1100 or not ?????????????

If you want the study material the best thing to do now i think is to take the conversion form and deposit 1100/- you will get the whole new set of study material. The ICAI chapters are still accepting a handwritten form or the conversion to New course form. . 

If it becomes mandatory to convert to new course- then the NEW study material actually costs 3990/- so probably the amount will be different later and not just the 1100/- they are currently accepting.

The Module will be only New set (there is no more old course- so no old course module either). I have heard that the new modules are very good, very student friendly n that would mean more pass percentage in CA from May.

Dear Ajit,  

Didn't quite understand your question, you got the new course module? or you want the New course module? 

There is no more Old course, and all students have to write exams in  New course only, so ICAI will give only new course module. Rs 1100 is the fee for study material for those who convert to new course.
