initially we applied for TOT registration expecting that turnover will be less than 40 lacs. but now the turnover is exceeded the limit. now we want to convert the TOT into VAT licence. what is the procedure need to follow.

You must notify the office which issued your VAT Registration Certificate or TOT Notification of Registration in writing of the details of the changes within 14 days of the changes taking place.

Sir, I would like to get transfer from TOT to VAT Stock in TOT can be converted into VAT after obtaining VAT registration
