If we want to transfer a sole propreitorship to pvt ltd company then do we need to obtain fresh license like trade license, fire license etc. can't we use the same license in new company?

If any sole propreitorship want to convert into pvt ltd company then you have to obtain fresh license as most of the license are not transferable.Therefore you have to re-apply to the government authorities for the registration.
