Conversion of pvt tld company to llp
I have applied for conversion of company to llp on 27th march,2021.The certificate for the same came on 5th april, 2021..whether the company needs to undergo statutory audit under companies act, 2013 for FY 2021-22...? Or is it enough if it files annual return under llp act...?
