I jus wanted to know is that when i convert a pvt ltd co. to public company the IPO guideslines are to be followed kya?

No, no SEBI Guidelines need to be complied when u convert a Private Co. to Public. Converting a Private Co, to Public and Coming with an IPO is totally a diffrent thing.
