What is the process to convert a "Private Co." into "Producer Co." or if we re-register the Pvt. Co. as Producer Company then what are the formalities? Please give detailed Information.

i dont think that private ltd compnay can be converted into producer co.. in my opinion first pvt co should be closed & than new formation of producer can be done... conversion not possible.. see other views.
