Conversion of proprietorship to LLP
while converting sole proprietorship into LLP...what we have to do with personal assets of proprietor shown in balancesheet..

Sole proprietor can not directly convert his Business in to L.L.P , he has to close his proprietorship Business first , because he is only one person , after closing , then with other Partner including him in business , he can registered his LLP .
