1) Passing of resolution by BOD for conversion.
2) Resolution of Authorizing any director to file necessary form with ROC.
3) LLP Incorporation
4) Filing of application for conversion of Pvt Ltd to LLP.
5) Drafting of LLP agreement.
6) Filing of various forms after LLP Incorporation.
