I have to know if any partnership firm converted in private Limited under Chapter XXI of Part-I of the Companies Act, 2013 for in this case it should require to file INC-21 (Commbncement of Business) with ROC after company converted.

The company will already be running its business on the date of conversion under Chapter XXI, whereas INC.21 is required to be filed before commencement of business activity. Hence it is not applicable in this case.
