Conversion of Partnership Firm to Company

The Pvt. Ltd. company (limited by shares) already formed on 14.01.2011 without showing relation with existing partnership firm, now can the promoter of the company show their existing partnership firm credentials by filling necessary forms to R.O.C.? If possible, please give me the procedure
