Conversion issues.urgent

Hello Sir,

i am an IPCC student. In May 2013 i gave group 2 and cleared. Also I am a graduate with 70 percent marks. i have few queries:

1) If i convert to direct entry will I have to appear for group 2 again or will group 2 be carry forward?

2) I have done my orientation and ITT. If i convert will i have to them again under the direct entry registration?

3) I am appearing for the group1 Nov 2013 exams. MY results will be out in Feb 14. but I will convert to direct entry in DECEMBER 13. If i pass group1 in Nov 13(results Feb 14) will it be counted as I would have already been converted before my results? I do not mind cancelling the conversion In Feb 14 and continuing with current registration if I pass. Is that possible?

4)If i secure an exemption in any of the papers in Nov 13 exam and convert to direct entry in Dec 13, will that exemption be carried foward into the direct entry course?

i also hav same query ... I want 2 convert my ipcc into ipcc under direct scheme i hav done my itt and ot ...if i convert this i hav 2 do this again or not....

I went to the WIRC office in South Bombay but when i asked at the query desk even the person there was a little confused. As this is not a common case with people clearing group 2 first and converting right after the exams, I want to be completely sure as I would not want to appear for group 2 again unnecessarily. So i would prefer if i get a written clarification from the institute on this matter so they dont turn back on me and accuse me of not abiding by the administrative guidelines. Can somebody advise me on how I can get a written clarification from a senior member of the institute?

options that i  can think of is email and e-saahatya but im not sure if they reply.  Suggestions are welcome.
