conversion from pe2 to ipcc

Pls help me out

i have registered my self as pe2 student i have already completed my articles and have cleared gr1 also

i have appeared for pe2 gr2 in may 10 but i couldnt make aggreate now i have to convert into ipcc

but now i think its too late for me to submit my convesion form

my problem is tha i m working in african country and i still would like to contiue my ca studies

now i want to convert to ipcc

so now when can i fill the form for conversion and what about 100 hrs itt training

Can i do 100 hrs itt training here in africa or i have to do in india only?

do i have to finish this 100 hrs training befor appearing in ipcc exam or befor final exam?

and what about 35 hrs OT programme

pleas some one guide about now when can i submit form because my working contract is finishing in mar 2011 i m coming back to india and i want to continue my ca study
