Conversion from opc to pvt. ltd.

whether the OPC exceeds the limits as set out in the definition.i.e exceeds ₹50 lacs of p.u.sh.cap or ₹2cr turnover,it gets converted.
Further it shall increase the number of members to 2 in case of Pvt limited company.
Also, the MOA & AOA of company shall be suitably amended to give effect of such conversion.
Notice submitted to REGISTRAR in form INC 5 withing a period of 60 days from the date it ceased to be an OPC.
Maintain min paid up share capital as given under the act also increase the minimum number of directors to 2 In case Pvt Ltd company.

Opc also convert in to pvt. Co after lapse 2 year of incorporation of opc irrespective whether opc attract 50lakh/2cr. Other points same as above. 👍
