our company had been converted into public ltd co from private ltd co on 11th march 2011.Should we prepare balance sheet for private ltd co on 11th of march and for the public ltd co on 31st?

Hi roy,
u should prepare the balance sheet for Public Company only, as on 31st March, because as on the Balance sheet closure date the company had already been converted to a public company.
