Contract Given To any Unregistered person for do machining work(machines are in ownership of the company) , turnover is less then 20lacs is required to registration under gst? contractor issue normal invoice without tax to the company?
No,.. under sec 10 unregistered can supply interstate services & not liable for registration if his agrregate turnover does not exceed 20 lacs yes he can issue invoice for his services provided
