principal emploing establishment employees less then 20 employees on any day however the contractor in totality has workforce of more than 20 on a single day
he has not registered himself
Are the any steps to be taken by principla employer , is form 24 to be demanded from such contractor even if law does not apply to principal employer
please help urgently
