EY GSS and Deloitte AERS hire people for contractual period of 3 to 4 months. They prefer CA inter students. While there are lame chances of getting permanent in EY GSS, Deloitte AERS pays you better and makes you permanent if the work performance is good.
While Chartered Club on facebook gives the hiring info for EY, Deloitte does not have that publicized hiring thing.
EY will have a written, HR and Technical Round and Deloitte will have MAnager, HR and Partner round.
Preparation wise, know your accounting standards, accounting concepts, basic journal entries. Nothing is asked about income tax so do not bother about it.
Be confident and make your CV more audit oriented as they are hiring you in assurance profile. seventy percent CV should depict your experience in Audit profile(this holds more importance when you are applying for Deloitte)
Know a bit about Deloitte’s past, its CEO punit renjen. Then they take a versant test where your speaking skills are tested. Avoid umm and ahhs if you want to crack Versent.
