1)Cross Offer:When two parties makes identical offers with each other,in ignorance of other"s offers is called cross offer.(Say A made an offer to B to sell his car for Rs.200000 through Post at the same time B made an offer to A to buy A's Car for Rs.180000 through post without info of A's Offer) 2)Counter Offer:Rejection of original offer and making a new offer is called counter offer.
