Can anyone please let me know that whether a contract drafted and signed by one party. The same sent to US and is signed by the US party hold valid in the eyes of law.

Yes bro it is very much valid in the eyes of law. In fact it happens quite frequently in todays corporate world. Rest is dependent on the mutual understanding of parties.
