I am doin audit of a rolling mill company.I came accross a situation and need ur help.The company outsources its whole labour work on contract basis.Payment will be on the basis of production.
Please suggest whether the laws of PF,Gratuity, ESIC etc. will be applicable.I feel it should not be applicable as there is no employer employee relationship.
But can there be an agreement to provide for the same with contractor?
