Theory papers require the main points in answers. You can remember the main points of a given topic by forming mnemonics. The length of the answer is not important, rather the points are more important.
Request you to rephrase your question. Just on a general note I would like to tell you, we must write answers in a manner which is easily understandable to any person who reads it. You must win the heart of the examiner by making good presentation of paper and not by making his or her life difficult to know what you have written. In such a scenario the examiner will not have mercy and will simply cut your marks. So better put a little more effort in presenting the paper in a well structured manner.
