GST practitioner is denying to give GSTN userid and password.
He has provided his mobile number and mail id while registration.
Is there any possibility of changing mobile number and mail id or reseting userid and password without otp.

I had the same problem. Visit your juridictional officer they will reset the same within minutes. Please carry proper documents like a request letter for password/username/mobile no./email change, valid ID Proof and authorisation from client to represent before the officer.

Just submit a letter to the regional jursdictional officer, requesting for change of the authorised signatory (Stating the Name, Mobile number and Mail ID). They will reset the same. Letter must be on your letter head or carry the proof of registration and ID proof.
