A government hospital doctor, can show his private nursing home income in their income tax return

As per IT act, not restricted; but Governmental employees need to take permission from their head office for such practice.
Yes but a prior approval from hospital proctor/Hod is required for Private practice
Doctors are categorized under a special head.So it is not possible.
