consultancy fees in GST
please let us know whether we have to charge RCM on labour law and industrial consultancy fees bill received and if RCM applicable then ,what will be tax rate and can we claim this RCM in our input tax

from October 17 to march 18 RCM concept has been withdrawn by government
we think that consultancy fees falls under section 9(3) which is still under RCM, kindly clarify with sections
